Jack Higgins, Chief Executive Officer and founder of Spatial Relevance is a 4th and final year student at MSU Denver. Going for Event and meeting management, Jack built Spatial Relevance out of his passion for photography and the progression of live events he works to be a part of. Working with several of the largest event production companies in the front range of Colorado, such as AEG and Global Dance, Jack’s experience has taught him that being able to know more about the venue before arriving, enhances overall satisfaction at the venue. The overall goal for Jack and all of Spatial Relevance is simple, it is to seamlessly provide customers with cutting edge virtual walkthroughs, professional photos and aerial services for below market prices. CRO / Head of Real Estate: Hector Razo II

Hector Razo is the Chief Revenue Officer and partner of Spatial Relevance. Currently Hector works as a Real Estate Broker in the Denver area and first handedly saw the positive benefits of 3D Matterport scans to this industry. Prior he was ranked as top salesman for his car dealership where he worked for two years gathering knowledge on sales and finance. With sales experience, an entrepreneurial mindset and fantastic overall understanding in Real Estate, his main vision is to provide a seamless experience for professionals in order to sell better and sell faster with Spatial Relevance
